I mentioned the other day that I hadn't been able to contact a friend who was having a rough time of it, and was concerned. Last night just after 10pm I got an email from her, and gave her a call.

She has had a rough time, gone through a very bad patch, but things have eased up a bit for her just in the past few days.

So I am very relieved.
