Urgh

I have the feeling I said the other week I was a bit run down. That hasn’t really gone away, and this week I have felt pretty rough since Monday. Not bad enough to stay indoors and pull the covers over my head, but not good. Mid-morning today, it did get that bad. Urgh. Felt as though two of my sinuses were going to explode out of my face. So end of plans for the day, and off to bed — which has helped a bit; I still feel very wobbly, but not quite so bad as earlier.
