The previously noted bit of fuckwitry by the SFA was bad enough on its own, but now I have found out that as well as that insane fixture on Sunday April 2nd, there will be another semi-final on the Saturday of the same weekend. Granted, Dundee versus Gretna is not likely to be particularly bad from the point of view of trouble, but that means the whole weekend is is going to be disrupted for those of us who live near Hampden. Fuck!

I can't even begin to imagine how chaotic that's all going to be. Will you be having to stay in for that weekend? Trust Officials not to think things through.

Good question. As we live by the junction of two of the major roads near Hampden, we’ll either have to stay in or bugger off early and not come back until late. When there is a big match, the hordes of fans make it very difficult to do anything that doesn’t involve going with the flow, as they occupy effectively the whole space and are completely ignorant when it comes to anyone not going where they are going.
