I’m thinking of “Claws of Axos”...
Apr. 9th, 2006 05:07 pmThe Continental Market has been in St. Enoch Square again this weekend, with some good stuff. The German beer stall had some mead, which we didn’t get as we have a few bottles and we want to go to their shop anyway when we get the chance. We did get a few bottles of Das Schwarze, though.
It was a beautiful, warm day, with the sun beating down. Just the sort of day to enjoy wandering round the market, sampling some of the food and drink on offer, watching the pigeons trying to eat twice their body weight in bread and sausage. When we finished there, we headed back to the South Side and got some essentials from the Asian shops in Allison Street then made our way back home — and now the sky was grey and it was snowing!
Now, to cook...
